Total Delivery time is equal to internal shipping time plus shipping time in each method.
The following is our shipping methods:
1. Registered Air Mail : This service is provided by Thailand Postal Service. If you purchase small quantity, we recommend this shipping method. Shipping process by registered air mail will take around 7-15 days(approx.).
2. SAL (Economy Air Mail) : This method is cheaper than Registered Air Mail. However, shipping via SAL will take around 25-45 days to reach destination address.
3. EMS (Express Mail Service) : The fastest way to deliver, we offer to you. Shipping by EMS will take around 2-6 days to reach your destination. However, it will cost you a bit more. (This method allow you to track your package online).
4. If the items are in-stock in our U.S. warehouse, we will ship your items using USPS, UPS.
Remark: SAL and EMS will be unavailable for some teritorials.

3. All artwork sold from www.orientaldecorart.com may differ slightly from those shown in the product catalogs due to it's handicraft characteristics and uncontrollable monitor settings at your end.
4. The colors of the artwork displayed on www.orientaldecorart.com may not be identical to the original works due to deficiencies in the process of taking photographs and displaying them in digital format on our website. We don't have full control over those factors.
5. If an item is not in stock, we have to contact our local representatives. This usually will take approximately three to four business days, but it can take up to 2 weeks in extreme cases. We'll notify you by email.
6. We send all international orders from our office using Registered Air Mail (read more about shipping policy). If you prefer other shipping methods, additional shipping cost will be incur. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org specify your shipping method in the subject line.
